I do hereby give SlingHopper, inc, and parties designated by SlingHopper Inc, including distributors, licensees, purchasers, agencies, and periodicals, the irrevocable right to use photographs & testimonials for reproduction in any medium including but not limited to print and electronic (e.g.: Internet) for purposes of advertising, trade, display, exhibition or editorial use. I declare that the photographer who took the photos and I, the model, have an understanding where by I have the rights to give full permission to SlingHopper Inc to use the images I supplied, both printed images and electronic files (e.g., .jpg images). I also declare that the person in the photographs is indeed me.

I further give permission for SlingHopper Inc to use my testimonial for reproduction in any medium including but not limited to print and electronic (e.g.: Internet) for purposes of advertising, trade, display, exhibition or editorial use.
