Paul Tobin is the Head Tennis Professional for the City of Macon, JDS Tennis Center and the Assistant Coach for the Georgia College Men's and Women's Tennis Team. Paul is also the Head Drill Coach for the University of GA Summer Bulldog Tennis program, led by UGA Coach Manny Diaz and the John Isner Tennis Camp.

The John Drew Smith Center is one of the premier tennis facilities in the United States, host to national, southern regional, state and local tournaments and long recognized as one of the top municipal facilities in the country. The GA College Men's Tennis Team has been ranked in the top 10 in the nation for the past 5 years.

Paul is a 25 year USPTA Level 1 Pro, USTA High Performance Coach, and 15 year PTR Professional. Paul has been coaching both juniors and adults along the East Coast and Florida for the past 25 years. Paul has worked at many of the top academies including Bollettieri Tennis Academy, Evert Tennis Center, and Harold Solomon Tennis Institute. Paul is also Etchberry Certified, a footwork and conditioning program designed for top junior players and professionals.

Paul was a top East Coast Junior Player and lettered for top D-1 schools, Quinnipiac University and University Of Maryland. Paul is President and developer of SlingHopper Drill Bags, distributed by Gamma Sports and endorsed by Nick Bollettieri and Brad Gilbert. Paul holds a BS degree from the University of Maryland and is completing his Masters degree in Sports Administration from Concordia University.
